Jays, Ravens and Crows

I have always been fascinated by jays, ravens and other corvids. They are very intelligent and social birds and are a joy to watch. Most corvids, like chickadees, cache food for the winter and can memorize the locations of hundreds of hiding spots. Canada jays are also known as Grey jays or "camp robbers" for their propensity for mischieviously stealing food from unsuspecting campers.
