Goats, Bison and Wild Horses

The North Carolina wild horses shown in this gallery are descendents of Spanish shipwrecks hundreds of years ago. While not native to North America, I consider them as wildlife worthy of this gallery as they are untamed and have existed in the state for centuries.
Most of the bison shots are from Yellowstone where they roam free in giant herds. These massive animals are truly a sight to behold.
