Experiencing Bighorn Sheep up close in Jasper National Park ranks among my favorite wildlife encounters. These magnificent beasts never fail to captivate me, especially watching such massive animals deftly navigate sheer rocky outcroppings and mountain faces. I’ve yet to photograph two rams clashing in a dramatic head-butting duel, but that’s high on my bucket list!
